Terms of Service for Google Keyword Research

Introduction

This Terms of Service governs your use of the software application “Google Keyword Research” (“Application”) that was created by Octometrix. The Application is a Python script that gets keyword history and data from Google Ads API.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the Application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application.

Description of Service

The Application provides keyword history and data from Google Ads API. It is intended for use by the Octometrix team only.

User Responsibilities

As a user, you are responsible for the proper use of the Application and any data you access through it.

Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information and protect your privacy when you use our Application. By using our Application, you agree that we can use such data in accordance with our privacy policy.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Application and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Octometrix and are protected by international copyright laws.

The Application is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Lebanon.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
